Field Sales Solutions has an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning business as a Category Development Manager, working with some iconic brands - Oral B, Olay & Braun (Procter & Gamble).

We’re now looking for a passionate and commercially focused individual to become a category expert within Electrical, Beauty & Skincare - growing sales, improving availability, educating store teams and delivering irresistible execution in store.

The Role

Territory Covered:

As part of our Perfect Store Team, you’ll be the face of Oral B, Olay & Braun within your stores, driving performance across your territory by:

  • Executing the Electrical, Beauty & Skincare category strategy to the highest standard.
  • Influencing availability through a consultative, collaborative approach with in-store teams.
  • Ensuring robust back-of-house processes, product protection and system compliance.
  • Improving inventory accuracy through regular stock takes and root-cause analysis.
  • Ensuring EBS fixtures are fully compliant to planograms, including SELs, facings and capacities.
  • Acting as the key point of contact for Oral B, Olay & Braun building strong, long-term store relationships.
  • Conducting business reviews with store managers to drive store and regional growth.
  • Using the Field View sales app to analyse performance, identify opportunity and create actionable plans.
  • Sharing category insights, trends and data where approved to drive engagement and results.
  • Delivering high-quality training to store colleagues on new products, initiatives and category knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building ability and a consultative mindset.
  • Experience combining negotiation skills with category development to grow sales.
  • Knowledge of grocery and high-street retail environments.
  • Understanding of category management.
  • A self-motivated, resilient individual who thrives on achieving results.
  • Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
