Field Sales Coach

Job Location: Required to work across NI & GB

Terms: Permanent full time working within Monday to Friday (you may be required to work outside these hours occasionally for business needs).

The Job

The Sales Coach at Fibrus provides sales training, mentoring, and support services. The purpose of the role is to train and educate sales team members from the point of their initial hire and on a continuous, ongoing basis.

You will work closely with our Team Leaders and Sales Managers to identify challenges faced by field sales agents on-the-job and recommend ways to increase sales productivity.

The overall goal of the sales coach at Fibrus is to increase the overall performance of our sales team by giving new starts and our sales team members the right tools, skills, and knowledge they need to be successful.

Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of the Fibrus ISP sales teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.

Your Profile

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Establish training needs by collaborating with sales leadership and Team Leaders, analyse sales and performance results.
  • Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
  • Deliver training on field, in the classroom and through digital platforms
  • Develop individual and/or group training methods to meet the needs of the department.
  • Work as part of the wider ISP team to help deliver an effective onboarding experience.
  • Support sales training and onboarding of new Fibrus Champions, to help them hit the ground running
  • Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
  • Evaluate and report on training program effectiveness and adjust as needed.
  • Provide a leadership role to mentor and coach sales agents as needed or requested by leadership.

  • Proven experience in a team leader/coaching role within the telecoms or utilities industry.
