Field Sales Consultant — Premium Mobility Furniture
£60,000–£100,000 OTE (£160k+ Potential)

The Reality of This Role
This is a self-employed, commission-only position offering complete schedule independence and uncapped earning potential, backed by a premier national provider of adjustable beds and rise-and-recline chairs. To ensure you never start from scratch, pre-qualified leads are supplied directly to your diary — zero cold calling or independent lead generation required.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Hold a valid UK driving licence and operate reliable personal transport for daily regional travel
- Maintain a 30% average sales conversion rate across the product portfolio
- Proven track record in B2C direct sales, field consulting, or customer-facing sales roles

What We Provide

What You Will Do
- Attend pre-booked in-home consultations to advise customers on life-enhancing mobility furniture
- Demonstrate specialised product features, including massage, heat therapy, and tailored positioning options
- Understand individual mobility and sleep needs to guide customers transparently through the buying process
- Represent brand values with absolute integrity and empathy during every residential visit
