Field Sales Executive – Swindon & Surrounding Areas | Competitive Salary plus Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £40,000+)

Are you a confident communicator who loves being out and about, meeting new people, and closing deals? Do you thrive on hitting targets, building relationships, and earning great commission? Join LOCALiQ as a Field Sales Executive and take your sales career on the road. We’re looking for driven, outgoing individuals with a full UK driving licence and their own vehicle, ready to connect with local businesses and deliver advertising solutions that make a real impact.

No two days are the same at LocaliQ, and that’s exactly what makes this role both dynamic and rewarding. You’ll split your time between being out in the field meeting face-to-face with local businesses, attending appointments, and canvassing new opportunities, and working from the office, where you’ll follow up on leads, plan your pipeline, and collaborate with your team. Whether you’re building new relationships or closing deals, you’ll be delivering advertising solutions that drive real results. With clear targets, uncapped commission, and the support of an experienced management team, you’ll have the autonomy to take ownership of your territory while continuing to grow your commercial skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
