Job Description
Field Sales Consultant – Your Way – Home/Field Based – Central London
Up to £43,000 with fantastic bonuses, company car (or travel allowance) & home-based contract & excellent company benefits - OTE up to 30% of salary per quarter.
We are expanding! and have several opportunities spanning across the Central London remit.
Here at Brakes, we have ambitious growth plans and are continuing to expand on our bespoke and successful offering called ‘Your Way’ within our Independent Sales business.
About the Role
As a Your Way Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for winning and maximising business in your very own dedicated neighbourhood of just one square mile.
This is a one of a kind opportunity, that no other business is currently offering! So, if you want to be part of something new and exciting, and you love being out on the field, WHILST having the opportunity to grow in your career, what are you waiting for?
You’ll solely be responsible for the success of your own local neighbourhood by researching your target audience and opportunities in your neighbourhood. You will build and leverage strong customer relationships with your local neighbourhood and community by constant selling, face to face meetings and understanding the customer needs. You will onboard new customers effectively and successfully whilst ensuring close working relationships with existing accounts and tracking activity using salesforce. You’ll work closely with your distribution partner/driver for your neighbourhood to create a strong team for the community, whilst delivering profitable volume growth and hitting targets. You will monitor competitor market activity and proposition to ensure we are offering our customers the best solutions and insight.

Responsibilities
- Research target audience and opportunities in your dedicated neighbourhood
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Onboard new customers effectively

Requirements
- Background in Field Sales/ Account Management
- Commercially astute
- Technically proficient in Excel
- Experience building and maintaining relationships
- Passion for sales
