Field Sales Development Representative, London

ZINT is a UK B2B revenue intelligence platform built natively on Companies House data. We help sales teams work out which accounts are genuinely worth their time. We are bootstrapped, we are growing, and we are about to do something most SaaS companies would never attempt.

We are putting three people on the road. One in Birmingham, one in Manchester, one in London.

Your job is to walk into the head office of a target company, introduce yourself at reception, and get in front of the Head of Sales.

No dialler. No email sequences. Real buildings, real front desks, real conversations.

What the day looks like

  • You get a planned walking and transport route of pre-qualified accounts, clustered tightly so you are not crossing the city all day: the Square Mile, Canary Wharf, Shoreditch and Old Street, Victoria, Mayfair, Farringdon and the South Bank.
  • For each account you carry a printed intelligence pack, prepared for you in advance, showing that prospect what we already know about their market and where their best-fit customers are sitting. You hand it over with a short set of branded marketing materials.
  • Some days you will get in front of the Head of Sales. Some days you will get a name and a callback. Both count. The target is 10 visits a day, on a route planned for you the evening before and built so your stops sit close together.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What we give you

  • Every account researched before you arrive. Our platform and AI tooling handle the list building, the qualification and the account briefing. You will not touch a spreadsheet.
  • Printed drop packs and marketing materials, ready to go.
  • A daily check-in with our Operations Manager, who plans your routes and is on the end of the phone. You are not left alone with a postcode list.
  • All travel reimbursed.

What we need from you

  • At least two years of in-person sales experience. Field sales, events, retail, recruitment, hospitality, door to door. Anything where you have opened a conversation with a stranger and held it.
  • Warm and approachable. Receptionists decide whether you get past the front desk, and that is a people skill, not a script.
  • Excellent spoken English and genuine confidence on your feet.
  • The stamina for ten stops a day, and the resilience to be told no and knock on the next door.
  • Registered as self-employed, or willing to register, and the right to work in the UK.
