Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for Emerson Isolation Valves product lines.
- Provide dedicated customer-facing focus, growing the opportunity funnel through key accounts and developing sales and growth strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s business and their drivers whilst actively promoting Emerson's isolation valve solutions to address these goals.
- Utilise consultative selling techniques & relevant account planning tools to develop an understanding of customers and their needs.
- Monitor the marketplace and gather intelligence to identify early opportunities in the designated territory to inform strategies to maximize success.
- Identify, develop, and manage third-party distribution partners, creating joint business plans and growth strategies aligned with regional sales objectives.
- Work with internal sales to present an appropriate commercial quotation/proposal to the customer.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts on a monthly basis and prepare annual bookings budget.
- Proactively use the CRM tool to ensure effective customer communication and coordination.
- Attend and contribute to business unit and regional business team meetings/training as required.

Who You Are

For This Role, You Will Need
- Proven track record of consultative proactive direct selling in a B2B environment
- Engineering background in valve-related technology
- Full, clean driving license
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart
- Degree or equivalent in an Engineering discipline.
