WE’RE HIRING | FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Park Square Clinic is looking for a confident, ambitious, and results-driven Field Sales Representative.
This is a face-to-face sales role for someone who knows how to approach people, start conversations, and turn them into genuine opportunities.
You’ll be representing Park Square Clinic within affluent areas of Leeds and surrounding locations, engaging directly with potential clients, and introducing them to our premium medical aesthetics, skin, body, hair, and wellness services.
The Objective
The objective is simple: create a strong first impression, build trust, and secure a consultation at Park Square Clinic.

- Proven door-to-door sales experience
- Strong B2C and B2B sales experience
- Confidence approaching people face-to-face
- Experience working within affluent or premium markets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A natural ability to engage, qualify, and convert prospects
- A resilient, proactive, and target-driven approach
- Professional presentation and the ability to represent a premium brand
- The confidence to work independently in the field
What You’ll Be Doing
- Approaching prospective clients directly
- Introducing Park Square Clinic and our services
- Identifying genuine interest and qualifying prospects
- Building rapport and creating demand
- Securing consultations at the clinic
- Following up prospects and maintaining your pipeline
- Working closely with our internal sales team to maximize conversions
- Consistently achieving agreed consultation and sales targets

We’re looking for someone who is not afraid to approach people, enjoys being out in the field, and is motivated by results.
If you have a background in door-to-door sales, B2B, B2C, luxury, property, automotive, hospitality, aesthetics, or another high-value sales environment, we’d like to hear from you.
Salary
Base pay + commission
