About Ringmere
Ringmere is an AI receptionist for UK service businesses. It answers every call and WhatsApp 24/7, books appointments straight into the calendar, takes restaurant reservations and hotel room bookings, and puts urgent calls through to a human. Plans start at £49 a month and a business can go live the same day. The product is built and answering real calls today. This is a ground-floor role at the point where the company turns from building product to winning customers.
The role
You are Ringmere's first salesperson. You own the full sales cycle: find the owner, run a live demo, close, and set them up on the spot. Your market is the restaurants, salons, garages, clinics and hotels that lose paid bookings every day because nobody can get to the phone.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
