Role Description
We are looking for an experienced, proven field sales person to grow Healistic across private doctor clinics in the UK. This is a genuine field role. You will be out every day, knocking on clinic doors, getting past the front desk, and getting in front of doctors and clinic managers face to face.
You will own the full cycle: find the clinic, get the meeting, run the pitch, sign them up, and then account manage them so they stay active and refer others. You are the face of Healistic in the room, so you need to be warm, credible, and genuinely likeable. People buy from people they trust and enjoy, and a good lunch with a busy doctor is often worth more than ten emails.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Because the product is free to adopt, your job is not to overcome price objections. It is to build relationships, remove friction, and make doctors feel looked after.
What you'll do
- Doorstep and visit private doctor clinics across the UK in person, every working day
- Get past gatekeepers and secure time with doctors, prescribers, and clinic managers
- Deliver a short, confident demo and get clinics signed up and prescribing
- Take clients for lunch, coffee, and informal catch-ups to build real relationships
- Account manage your signed clinics: keep them active, solve problems fast, and turn happy clients into referrals
- Plan your own routes and territory efficiently to maximise face-to-face meetings
- Feed insight from the field back to the product and marketing teams
Qualifications
- Proven field sales track record. You have sold face to face, hit and beaten targets, and you can point to results, not just activity.
- Comfortable doorstepping. Cold visits and rejection do not faze you. You see a closed door as a challenge, not a wall.
- Genuinely likeable. You build rapport quickly, people remember you, and clients want to see you again.
- Entrepreneurial. You treat your territory like your own business. You want ownership, autonomy, and a direct line between your effort and your earnings.
- Motivated by commission. You are excited, not nervous, about a fixed base and high, uncapped commission upside. You want your ceiling set by your performance.
- A relationship builder for the long term. You are as good at keeping clients as you are at winning them.
- Full UK driving licence and willing to travel extensively and be on the road most days.
