Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Salary: Paying up to £40K plus car allowance, benefits

Location: South Central (Swindon, Bournemouth, Thames Valley and Eastleigh)

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for winning new business, building strong customer relationships, and exceeding targets? We're looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our regional sales team and play a key role in driving revenue growth across our parcel delivery and logistics solutions. What you'll be doing

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing a strong sales pipeline, and achieving revenue and profitability targets within your designated region. You will engage with decision-makers across a variety of businesses, presenting tailored parcel delivery solutions and building lasting commercial partnerships. Working closely with operational and customer service teams, you will ensure a seamless customer journey from acquisition through to handover and ongoing account success.

You’ll:

  • Identify and secure new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and activity targets.
  • Drive growth through a strong mix of profitable business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and new customers.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
  • Keep customer information and sales activity updated within Salesforce CRM.
  • Monitor conversion rates and sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a field sales, business development, or account management role.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • GCSE-level education or equivalent.

  • Experience within the parcel delivery, logistics, or wider transport sector.
  • Previous experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
