Field Sales Executive – FMCG Manufacturer
We are working with a leading FMCG manufacturer with a strong international presence and an annual turnover of £5 billion. The business is committed to employee wellbeing and has achieved multiple Global Top Employer certifications.
They are now looking for a Field Sales Representative to manage a portfolio of existing off-trade customers, including convenience stores, grocery stores, and petrol stations. The role will focus on building strong customer relationships, driving product availability and distribution, managing trade agreements, and delivering effective visual merchandising.

This is a field-based opportunity covering Cardiff and Barry, with the successful candidate typically spending four days visiting customers and one day working from home.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Meet KPIs across site visits, product availability, and distribution
- Monitor and collect pricing and distribution data, reporting insights to relevant internal teams
- Implement field merchandising solutions to improve product visibility and availability
- Educate store leaders and teams to increase product knowledge and awareness
- Identify opportunities to improve product placement, distribution, and sales performance

The Successful Candidate
- 12+ months of field sales experience
- Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
- B2B sales experience across a range of sectors will be considered
- Based within a commutable distance of Cardiff/Barry
Field Sales Executive Package
- Basic salary: £35,500
- OTE: circa +£10,000
