Field Sales Executive

London & South East | £40,000–£45,000 + Bonus + Travel Allowance

Help grow an exciting premium non-alcoholic spirits brand across the UK. Win new venues. Build the brand. Own your territory.

Are you a driven field salesperson who loves opening doors, winning new business and building brands?

We're partnering with a fast-growing premium non-alcoholic spirits brand looking for a Field Sales Executive to grow its presence across London and the South East.

This is a genuine new business role. You'll have the autonomy to develop your territory, win new accounts and get the brand into more venues across hospitality, foodservice, wholesale and retail.

What you'll be doing

  • Winning new business with bars, restaurants, cafés, hotels, wholesalers and retailers
  • Growing distribution and securing new product listings
  • Building relationships with buyers and key decision-makers
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Developing your own territory and pipeline
  • Working with wholesalers and distribution partners
  • Representing the brand at meetings, events and exhibitions
  • Becoming a genuine ambassador for the brand

What we're looking for

Ideally, you'll have:

  • 2+ years' experience in field sales, territory sales or business development
  • Experience within FMCG, drinks, food, hospitality, foodservice or wholesale
  • A track record of winning new business
  • Confidence approaching and developing new customers
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, resilient and commercially driven personality
