Field Sales Executive

To continue our rapid growth, we’re expanding our Field Sales team to help drive distribution and sales in our Convenience, Wholesale and Grocery channels across the UK. Our new Field Sales Executive will be reporting into Nick Smith, UK Field Sales Manager. The role is predominantly field-based with ½ day per week at home and 1 day per month in the office for training and team meetings.

We’re looking for a driven, passionate Field Sales Executive to represent Huel across the Northwest of England OR The Southwest of England OR The Midlands. You’ll work closely with independent retailers, grocery stores & wholesale depot managers to boost our brand presence and grow sales. This is your territory to own by building strong partnerships, landing new listings, and making sure Huel stands out and sells through. You’ll also be:

  • Lead generation: Generating leads, landing new listings & driving cash & carry sales. You will seek new sales opportunities under the guidance of your manager.
  • Relationship building: Identify decision makers for new stores and build brilliant relationships with every store manager and customer, as the key face of the Huel brand
  • Excellent Execution: you will be working on multiple leads and new listings to hit your monthly targets, a high level of organisation is required.
  • Pipeline and Sales Reporting: Weekly and monthly reporting on area and account performance vs targets, pipeline development, and reference back to objectives to ensure we are on-track to hit our goals. Spotting under performance and putting plans in place to rectify is equally important.
  • Consumer & Retail Insights: You will gain insights in-store and continually feed these back to the business, to grow sales and help shape future strategy.
  • Finger on the pulse: You will be passionate about Huel, keep up to date on the latest trends & what’s happening in store. You will be the eyes and ears of the Huel retail team.
  • Make customers happy: The ability to make our customers and store managers happy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
