Field Sales Executive – Luxury Packaging
North of England | £40,000–£45,000 + car allowance
Are you at your best when you are out meeting customers, building relationships and spotting opportunities?
We are recruiting for a growing luxury packaging business looking for a commercially minded Field Sales Executive to develop business across the North of England.
This is a great opportunity for someone with field sales, account management or business development experience who wants to take the next step into a specialist, premium product market. Packaging experience would be useful, but it is not essential — attitude, customer presence and the ability to win trust matter most.
You will spend much of your time in front of customers: developing new relationships, growing existing accounts and helping brands find the right packaging solutions for their products.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
