Field Sales Executive
EE & BT Group Broadband & Connectivity Solutions
Self- Employed | £40,000-£60,000+ OTE | Uncapped Commission | Permanent Position
This is a self-employed opportunity with Sage, an independent marketing office and authorised sales partner of EE and BT. You would be applying to, and engaged by, Sage - not by EE or BT. Successful applicants will exclusively market and sell EE and BT products and will not market or sell the products or services of any other provider.

Are you confident, driven and motivated by earning potential? We're looking for ambitious individuals to join our growing Field Sales team, introducing customers to EE & BT Group's market-leading broadband and connectivity solutions through face-to-face field sales.
This is a field-based role where every day is different. You'll meet customers in their local communities, understand their needs, and recommend products that genuinely improve the way they stay connected.
Whether you already have sales experience or you're looking to build a long-term career in sales, we'll provide the training, support and development to help you succeed.

What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with homeowners in residential areas.
- Introducing customers to EE & BT Group broadband and connectivity products.
- Understanding each customer's needs before recommending the most suitable solution.
- Explaining broadband speeds, connectivity options and available packages clearly and confidently.
- Guiding customers through the sales journey from initial conversation through to completed order.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving individual sales targets.
- Working closely with your Team Leader to continually develop your skills and maximise your earnings.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Confident communicators who enjoy meeting new people.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Resilient and target-driven.
- Comfortable working outdoors and independently.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
Previous experience in Field Sales, Retail, Customer Service or Hospitality is beneficial but not essential — attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn are what matter most.
Applicants must be aged 18+ and have the right to work in the UK. A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
