Field Sales Executive — Bespoke Architectural Products | £75,000–£100,000+ OTE

Currently working in B2C direct sales, home improvement consulting, or high-end architectural sales and looking for pre-confirmed client appointments? Here is why our sales executives close more high-ticket orders and build higher-earning schedules.

The Reality of This Role

This is a self-employed, commission-only field role offering complete schedule independence and uncapped earning potential, backed by a premier UK manufacturer operating a 32,000 sq. ft facility. To ensure you never start from scratch, the company invests in a £1m annual marketing budget to deliver 2 to 3 pre-confirmed appointments daily directly to your diary — zero cold calling or self-lead generation required.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Own a reliable vehicle
  • Have a smartphone for daily field operations
  • Willing to travel up to a 75-mile radius across a standard 5-day working week
  • Proven track record in B2C direct sales, home improvement, or high-end architectural product closing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
