Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Guildford. The Field Sales Executive will engage directly with customers in various locations, presenting client products and services, explaining key benefits, and closing sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role also involves:

The Field Sales Executive will collaborate closely with colleagues and managers to refine sales approaches and support ongoing training and development.
Qualifications
- Strong face-to-face sales and customer engagement skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate clearly.
- Experience in marketing, promotional work, or direct sales, with an understanding of how to represent multiple brands professionally.
- Proven ability to work toward sales targets, manage time effectively, and organize daily schedules and territory visits.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Professional demeanor, reliable work ethic, and commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
- Basic proficiency in using mobile or digital tools to record sales activity and report results.
- Previous field sales or retail sales experience is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to commute to and work on-site in Guildford.
