Field Sales Executive - Open to Career Starters & Industry Newcomers

Are you passionate about delivering a 5-star customer experience and motivated by achieving strong sales results? If so, you could be a fantastic fit for our team - even if you've never worked in new homes before.

We're looking for people with the right attitude, energy, and customer focus, not just industry experience. Whether you come from retail, hospitality, marketing, customer service, or you're looking to start a new career path, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Field Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in helping customers find their perfect home while working towards sales targets in line with company forecasts. This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same.

You'll be:

  • Providing customer-centric sales advice
  • Supporting buyers throughout their journey
  • Liaising with purchasers, financial advisors, solicitors, and estate agents
  • Managing sales administration
  • Attending final inspections and handovers
  • Representing the Gleeson brand across multiple sites

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
