Business Development Executive – Hospitality & Bartender Transition Programme
Salary: £32,000 base salary + £4,000 car allowance + uncapped monthly bonus (£300–£500+ per month)
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with strong potential to become permanent)
Location: Remote-based with travel across the Midlands, Northwest or Southwest regions

Are you a bartender, bar supervisor, mixologist, or hospitality professional looking for your next challenge?
We're looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives, representing one of the world's most recognised cocktail brands. No previous field sales experience is required – we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building strong relationships with bar managers, venue owners, and hospitality decision-makers.
- Introducing and promoting our premium cocktail solutions to new and existing customers.
- Delivering engaging product demonstrations and cocktail training sessions.
- Helping venues increase sales and improve operational efficiency through our product range.
- Ensuring excellent product visibility, activation, and execution in outlets.
- Identifying new business opportunities and growing your territory.
- Managing your diary and travel schedule effectively.
- Providing feedback and market insights to support business growth.
- Completing reporting and administration accurately and on time.

Who We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for cocktails and the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence speaking with customers and decision-makers.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (insured for business use).
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings when supporting customer events and activations.
