Field Sales Executive Location: Dartford, covering the South East territory.

Role Overview: Would you like to join a truly international, talent driven company that values Safety, Ethics, Quality, Innovation and Employee Opportunity?

Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Sales Recapture Specialist to cover the south east region of England. The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through developing a customer prospect pipeline focusing on winning new maintenance contracts.

On a typical day you will:

  • Develop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids and tenders
  • Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets
  • Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
  • Conduct sales negotiations and close deals
  • Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues

What you will need to be successful:

  • Degree educated, or equivalent to, with experience within a field sales based position.
  • Experienced with technical sales ideally with experience in tender design and alterations to reflect the customers needs and wants.
  • Customer focused approach to sales, with experience in working with your customers to build a long standing partnership.
  • Market mapping, worked with and on various tools to map out your market to ensure you're spending your time talking to the right people.
