Field Sales Executive – Medical Devices | London Region | Full Time | £35,000 + Uncapped Bonus (£70,000 OTE)
TalarMade is a fast-growing, multi-faceted medical device company specialising in the design, manufacture, and supply of orthotic and pressure care products and services. Established for over 30 years, they have built a strong reputation for developing and sourcing innovative solutions across Orthotics, Podiatry, Pressure Care, and Physiotherapy. Based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, the business works extensively across the UK, partnering with clinicians, NHS organisations, community healthcare providers, and private healthcare services.
The Role
They are looking to appoint a driven and ambitious Field Sales Executive to cover the London region. This is a newly created role focused primarily on identifying and securing new business opportunities within the private healthcare sector, while also managing and growing an established portfolio of existing accounts.
The successful candidate will be challenged to identify and convert new accounts and will focus on an 80/20 split of new business development and key account management. Target customers include podiatrists, physiotherapists, orthotists, chiropractors, and osteopaths operating within private business private hospitals, high street clinics, and care/nursing homes.

The territory will cover London predominantly, within the M25, with expectations of spending around 4 days per week on the road and 1 day on administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritise activity effectively across the allocated London territory
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts across private healthcare settings
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in line with company growth plans
- Build strong commercial relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and key decision-makers
- Promote the full product portfolio through solution-led selling
- Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to customers where required
- Attend workshops, exhibitions, and study days to promote the brand and product portfolio
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity and opportunities using Capsule CRM
- Communicate market insights and key activities directly to the Commercial Director
Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 2 years’ field sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong new business development capability
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- IT literate with good Microsoft Office skills

Desirable
- Experience within healthcare, medical devices, or healthcare-adjacent markets
- Experience selling into podiatry, orthotics, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or pressure care sectors
- CRM experience (Capsule preferred)
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
