Philip Morris is looking for Territory Activation Executives to join our dynamic Field Force team. You’ll play a key role in driving commercial success across your territory by building strong relationships with retailers, executing strategic plans, and identifying growth opportunities through data and insights.
You will be required to have a valid driving license and the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role. This is a fully field-based position, requiring presence in your territory five days a week.
What You’ll Do
- Be the face of PMI and our innovative and market leading smoke free products in your territory.
- Drive sales performance and secure more space for our brands and products across your defined independent retail customer.
- Negotiate contracts that drive retailer engagement and elevate brand visibility.
- Work to clear targets/KPI’s, the achievement of those will have a positive impact on our business and our journey to smoke free future.
- Through great relationship building, educate your customers on our brands and new product opportunities.
- Work closely with your customers to add value to their business, making PMI their supply partner of choice.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring across two profiles:
Experienced Sales Professionals
- Proven sales and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building ability
- Excellent planning, reporting, and time management
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights
Early in career / sales journey
- Great communication and storytelling skills
- Curious, resilient, and driven to learn
- Comfortable with ambiguity and thinking outside the box
- Collaborative mindset and hunger to grow
