Field Sales Executive – Must have out bound sales experience OR experience working towards targets (ie PTs) and own car
Field Based - Newcastle | Permanent | £60,000–£70,000 OTE
We’re working with one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintech businesses as it expands its UK field sales team.
This is a great opportunity for an energetic, commercially minded salesperson who enjoys meeting customers face-to-face, winning new business and managing their own territory.
The Role You’ll be responsible for:
- Attending pre-booked appointments with local businesses
- Demonstrating payment solutions and converting opportunities into customers
- Generating additional business through local prospecting, referrals and networking
- Building strong relationships with SME customers
- Managing your own territory and keeping CRM records up to date

What You’ll Need
- Previous sales experience – B2B or B2C
- Experience closing business and working towards targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle 5 days a week
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Must live within 45 mins travel of Newcastle

- £60,000–£70,000 OTE
- Uncapped commission
- Guaranteed minimum payment
- 45p per mile mileage reimbursement
