Job Description

Looking to kickstart your career in the world of FMCG and field sales? Come and join us in this brand-new role working as a Field Sales Executive representing the iconic brands of Suntory and make your mark.

Compensation

Salary: £33,180.00 + up to 15% bonus p/a

Location

Ideal Location: West London, United Kingdom, W11

Territory Covering: North Kensington, Ladbroke Grove, Kensal Town, Notting Hill and surrounding areas

Role Description

As our new Field Sales Executive, you will be tasked with growing sales and distribution points for Suntory’s range of products including Lucozade, Ribena, -196 and Celsius.

The Multichannel role is responsible for identifying, developing and converting sales opportunities across Independent Convenience, Small Format Grocery, High Street, Gyms, On-Trade, Foodservice and other emerging channels.

With a strong focus on building relationships and unlocking new opportunities, the role will drive distribution, availability, visibility and rate of sale while creating a strong pipeline of opportunities for wider territory growth.

You will proactively seek out opportunities with new and existing convenience retail, food service, leisure and on trade venues to introduce and expand Suntory’s product offerings through your drive and determination to succeed.

You will be a tenacious and resilient individual never resting on your laurels always looking for the next opportunity. You are a natural people person with the ability to form positive relationships quickly and will be proud to be seen as the expert in your field building long lasting partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • At least 9 quality customer calls per day across Convenience, Small Format Grocery, High Street, Gyms, On-Trade and Foodservice outlets calls per day with a particular focus on white space.
  • Build and nurture meaningful relationships across your territory converting them into sales/distribution points for the Suntory portfolio of brands.
  • Partner with the wider CPM and Suntory team across your territory to unlock city-centre growth and maximise execution through POS and additional merchandising opportunities.
  • Become a recognised channel expert, using knowledge of customers, routes to market and local opportunities to help drive ROS across the territory.
  • Maximise the effectiveness of branded chilled equipment, ensuring placement delivers appropriate visibility, availability and return on investment.
  • Identify wider multi-site opportunities, qualifying leads and building a credible pipeline for future growth.
  • Support and participate in sampling and brand activation activity across multiple territories.

Qualifications

We encourage applications from individuals with experience in customer-facing roles, retail, sales, FMCG, and recent graduates. However, these backgrounds are not essential—your drive, ambition, and determination to succeed are what truly set you apart in this role!

Requirements

  • A full UK manual driving license
