What are you going to do:

About Kennies

We're a London-based, fast-growing consumer brand - we make high-protein snacking salami. Think Peperami, but better for you.

We launched in December '25 and are already stocked in 300+ independent retailers across London and the UK, alongside a growing Amazon, DTC and TikTok Shop business. We're a small, ambitious team moving fast - and we're building something we think can be big.

About The Role

We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Field Sales Executive to accelerate our retail expansion - winning new listings, driving sell-through and building relationships with store owners.

What You'll Do

  • Visit independent retailers (delis, convenience stores, butchers, cafes), pitch and secure listings
  • Secure strong product placement, set up displays and brief store staff
  • Revisit stores to check stock, positioning and pricing, and drive reorders
  • Run and assist at sampling and marketing sessions
  • Hours are flexible, 15-37.5 per week. 8-12 week contract with potential to convert to permanent.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
