About the Role
Carvers Interiors is the official UK distributor for Steel Cucine, a premium Italian range cooker brand, and a distributor for Lofra. We're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow our wholesale network across the UK. You'll open new retail partnerships, win showroom displays and build long-term relationships with independent kitchen retailers, appliance specialists and premium showrooms.
This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who is confident opening doors, runs their own diary and can represent premium brands credibly.
What You'll Do
- Identify and approach independent kitchen retailers, appliance specialists, premium showrooms and trade partners
- Build and manage a pipeline from first contact to meeting, display commitment, first order and repeat business
- Secure showroom display space for Steel Cucine and Lofra and help retailers present the brands well
- Build strong relationships with store owners, showroom managers, kitchen designers and sales teams
- Deliver product training so retail teams can sell the features, positioning and key benefits with confidence
- Support dealers with pricing, quotes, product selection and availability
- Work with our marketing team on dealer communications, product launches and sales campaigns
- Report clearly on visits, opportunities, display wins and sales performance

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in field sales, business development or account management
- Experience in kitchens, appliances, KBB, interiors or premium retail/trade distribution is highly desirable
- Confident with business owners and showroom teams, and good at building lasting relationships
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently across a territory
- Commercially aware and target-driven
- Professional presentation that fits a premium brand
- Happy with regular UK travel and face-to-face visits
- Full UK driving licence
