Field Sales Executive (BDM) – Nottingham & Derby
£50,000 Basic Salary
OTE £120,000+ (Uncapped)
Car Allowance | Field Sales | New Business
We’re recruiting a Field Sales Business Development Manager to generate all new business across Nottingham and Derby. This is a fast-paced, field-based role focused on prospecting, cold calling, territory management, and face-to-face sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Field sales across the Nottingham & Derby territory
- New business generation only
- Cold calling, door-knocking & face-to-face selling
- Booking and managing your own appointments
- Closing deals with SME clients
Requirements
- Experience in Field Sales, BDM, or Sales Executive roles
- Strong hunter mentality
- Confident in face-to-face selling and closing
- Full UK driving licence
