Business Development Executive | Premium Drinks | Field Sales

Location: London & South East

Role Type: Field-Based

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance


Are you a field sales professional who enjoys winning new business and building lasting customer relationships?

We're working with a fast-growing premium non-alcoholic spirits brand that's expanding rapidly across the UK. They're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Executive to help grow their presence across hospitality, foodservice, wholesale and convenience.


What you'll be doing

  • Winning new business across hospitality, foodservice, wholesale and convenience channels.
  • Building relationships with pubs, bars, cafés, restaurants, hotels, wholesalers, and independent retailers.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
  • Growing distribution and increasing product listings.
  • Developing your own territory plan and identifying new commercial opportunities.
  • Representing the brand at customer meetings, trade events, and industry exhibitions.
  • Delivering against sales and revenue targets.

What we're looking for

We're keen to speak with people who have experience in:

  • Field Sales
  • Business Development
  • Territory Sales
  • FMCG
  • Food & Drink
  • Beverage
  • Hospitality
  • Wholesale
  • Foodservice

You'll ideally have:

  • 2+ years' experience in a field-based sales role.
  • A proven track record of winning new business.
  • Experience working within FMCG, drinks, food, hospitality, or another fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
