Field Sales Executive - Field Force Team (Early Career Opportunities)
Location: London (Southall)
Full time: Field Based role
Salary: GBP 38,000 - GBP 40,000 + Company Car + Private Medical + Dental + other benefits
Bonus: Additional language skills, particularly Hindi or Punjabi, beneficial but are not required

You must have the right to work in the UK without restriction now or in the future and hold a valid UK driving license for more than 12 months to be eligible for this role.
About The Role
We're looking for driven, curious, and ambitious early-career individuals to join our Field Force team as Field Sales Executives. Previous sales or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential. You will work directly with retailers, helping them understand, promote, and successfully sell our products.

What You'll Do
- Build relationships with retailers within your territory
- Educate and support customers on PMI's smoke-free products
- Deliver in-store training and product activations
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to sales performance
- Collaborate with colleagues on sales strategies
- Share retailer feedback and insights with the business

- Recent graduates and early-career professionals
- Strong communicators with good interpersonal skills
