Are you confident speaking with people, generating opportunities and winning new business? The Auction Company is expanding across the UK and looking for ambitious Field Sales Executives who want to build a substantial income within the property sector. Previous property auction experience is not required. We provide structured training, technology, marketing resources, compliance support and a complete auction service. Your role is to generate property opportunities, build relationships and win instructions.

What you will do

  • Identify property owners who may benefit from an auction sale
  • Generate opportunities through prospecting, networking and local relationships
  • Speak with sellers and understand their circumstances
  • Build relationships with estate agents, investors and property professionals
  • Present auction as a credible solution for motivated sellers
  • Manage your opportunities through our AUCTRA platform
  • Work alongside our auction team through to a successful sale

Earnings

  • Earn 2% of the final sale price on direct seller instructions
  • Minimum commission of £2,500 + VAT per completed sale
  • Earn 1% of the final sale price on qualifying estate-agent introductions
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • Commission paid on successful exchange
  • A property selling for £150,000 could generate £3,000 in commission. A £300,000 sale could generate £6,000.

You may currently work in field sales, business development, recruitment, estate agency, automotive sales, financial services, home improvements or another target-driven environment. You must be:
