Field Sales Executive — Mobility & Healthcare Solutions | £50,000–£70,000 OTE
Currently working in B2C direct sales, field sales, home improvement consulting, or mobility sales and looking for pre-arranged client appointments? Here is why our sales consultants close more orders and build higher-earning daily schedules.
The Reality of This Role
This is a self-employed, commission-only field role offering complete schedule independence and uncapped earning potential, backed by the UK’s premier mobility expert. To ensure you never start from scratch, scheduled and pre-qualified appointments are delivered directly to your diary — generated through central marketing and an exclusive partnership with Age UK. No cold calling or door knocking required.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Hold a valid UK driving licence
- Own a reliable vehicle
- Be willing to travel up to 90 minutes within your territory
- Available to work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) plus every other Saturday
- Must be a UK citizen and pass a mandatory clean DBS check
- Proven track record in B2C direct sales or consultative in-home closing

What We Provide

What You Will Do
- Conduct empathetic face-to-face consultations in client homes across stairlifts, homelifts, and bathing adaptations
- Perform detailed physical surveys of staircases and bathrooms to identify ideal technical solutions
- Prepare, present, and process accurate client quotes on-the-spot using company iPad software
- Maintain strong product knowledge and deliver exceptional, ethical client care
