What you will do:
As a member of the Client Acquisition Team in viva.com, you will both self generate business opportunities and convert provided sales leads into customer appointments through to closing sales for payment card terminals and related merchant acquiring services through digital and face to face contact with new clients. You will be providing a first-class face-to-face service in the field, aligned to customer needs and acting as a trusted partner in a defined geographical region.

More specifically, as a SMB Sales Executive, you will:
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, through self generated activities and sales leads provided to you;
- Evaluate data and information about the prospect, build rapport and business relationship by visiting and in person validating the prospect current needs in relation to viva.com offerings.
- Always strive to maximize reach by obtaining referrals from existing client base;
- Opportunistically looking for new sales opportunities through networking, digital prospection and customer / area canvassing;
- Make a positive and compelling presentation of the products / services driven by your in depth understanding of the market and the product / services features / advantages for the specific prospect;
- Close by selling viva.com products / services;
- Enter and update customer data / other useful information in the CRM system;
- Undertake all relevant training and refresh training as relevant to your role;
- Promote a team spirit and be able to learn from your colleagues;
Requirements
To be considered you should have:
- Expertise of B2B sales, selling solutions to SME retail and hospitality businesses at mid - senior level management;
- Track record of consistently achieving sales quotas in past positions;
- A good understanding of information technology, particularly web-based applications;
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills;
- Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems;
- Outstanding negotiation / sales skills with proven closing ability;
- Strong organizational and diary management skills;
- Resilient and persistent, able to handle objections;
- A results-driven approach and strong self-drive, along with the ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets;
- Motivated to succeed, both personally and financially;
- A valid driving license and able to use your own vehicle for business purposes (expenses paid);
- Excellent use of English

- Previous experience in banking sector and Card Terminals;
- Experience of demonstrating / selling technology driven solutions;
