STAR are excited to be working with a client who is looking for an ambitious Field Sales Manager to join their team.

If you have proven sales experience in New Homes Sales, we want to hear from you.

This role will report directly to the Sales Director, offering an opportunity to lead and drive sales successfully.

Role responsibilities include....

  • Manage your team effectively, including setting clear objectives, conducting professional development reviews, coaching and training to ensure employees achieve both their full potential and company targets.
  • Oversee all communication and administration associated with sales transactions, including liaising with Solicitors, Estate Agents and Financial Institutions to ensure required documentation is provided and the home sale is audit compliant.
  • Monitor and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to assess the progress of your sales advisor team to ensure monetary and volume targets are met.
  • Manage customer sales complaints.
  • Work cohesively with other departments across the Operating Company such as Construction, Commercial and Technical to ensure achievement of completion targets and timely updates relating to plot progress.
  • Advocate the Company's Health, Safety and Environment Policy while ensuring compliance throughout your team to ensure health and safety standards are met.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Package, including Excel and Word.
  • Previous new build experience in Scotland.
  • Full UK Driving Licence is required - Travel is required.
