Field Sales Manager (North) | Auto4

Lead. Develop. Grow.

Auto4 has been a trusted supplier to the UK tyre industry for over 40 years, supporting more than 2,500 customers nationwide. From workshop consumables and TPMS solutions to premium workshop equipment, we help tyre retailers and garages operate more efficiently and profitably.

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager (North) to lead our Northern sales team and drive profitable growth across our customer portfolio.

The Role

As Field Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a team of field-based sales professionals, ensuring consistent sales performance while strengthening relationships with key customers across the region. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining people management, account development, coaching, and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Northern Field Sales Team to deliver agreed sales targets and consistent performance.
  • Monitor and review individual and team performance, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to maximize results.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts, focusing on high-spend and high-potential customers to drive long-term growth.
  • Support the Field Sales Team in developing strong customer relationships, increasing share of wallet, and improving customer retention.
  • Provide hands-on coaching to improve the team's effectiveness in account management and customer relationship development.
  • Drive sales across Auto4's full product portfolio, including consumables, TPMS products, and capital equipment.
  • Ensure a structured approach to account management, with clear plans in place to retain and grow key accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue, strengthen customer loyalty, and enhance overall account performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
