We're supporting a rapidly growing soft drinks company in the search for a Field Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Field Sales Executives. This role sits within the Convenience channel and offers the opportunity to play a key role in driving regional sales growth, execution, and team performance.

πŸš€ The Role

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Field Sales Executives to deliver against KPIs across distribution, callage and in-store execution.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to grow market share and strengthen brand presence.
  • Build collaborative relationships with field partners and key external stakeholders to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Spend regular time in trade, providing hands-on coaching, development and performance feedback.
  • Champion a high-performance culture, celebrating success and driving continuous improvement across the team.
  • Deliver impactful in-store activation, ensuring excellent execution and commercial return.

  • Previous experience managing a field-based FMCG sales team, ideally within the convenience channel but grocery is all considered
  • A strong coach and people leader with a proven track record of delivering results through others.
  • Commercially astute with a solid understanding of the independent retail landscape.
  • Resilient, proactive and solutions-focused, with a hands-on leadership style.
  • Comfortable working within a hybrid field structure alongside distribution partners.
