YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Lead a Field Sales team and manage the day to day relationships with customers to deliver profitable commercial contracts, brand distribution, cocktail menu feature, picture of success, world class activations and in doing so growing premium market share.
With a team of multiple direct reports you will focus heavily on building world class capability, coaching and empowering them to think outside of the box and stretch their thinking.
Responsible for developing a strategic plan to win in the Independent On Trade, become the “Go To” Spirit Supplier to our customers and become the envy of the industry by delivering our business ambition.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading, coaching and developing a regional sales team with multiple direct reports
- Delivery of budgeted £GP targets in your designated region
- Delivery of brand distribution and menu feature objectives
- Delivery of Picture of Success (outlet execution) objectives
- Delivery of premium spirits brand growth across the regions Independent Free Trade measured by CGA Data
- Ensure marketing activities are synchronized and properly activated by teams & customers
- Executing Bacardi Sales Way targets (distribution, visibility…) with customer, aligned with business KPIs.
- Creation and maintenance of Joint Business Plans with key customers and deliverables are achieved (volumes, values targets)
- Ensure New Product Development targets are delivered on time and quality execution standards
- Share and steal best practices across channels and customers
- Ensure that all sales processes and tools are followed and compliant to standard
- Leadership and development of the team’s strategic business plan
- Lead monthly team meetings where stakeholders are invited to attend and present
- Development and maintenance of a live people plan that includes talent management, succession planning and performance improvement where necessary
- Interview and recruiting a diverse workforce that is reflective of the UK population showing no bias
- Embed Belonging in every aspect of the role

SKILLS
Work Experience and Functional Competencies required:
- Proven experience in sales team leadership, national account management and/or marketing within a commercial environment.
- Track record of customer development and cross functional working
- Key account management as a minimum
