Field Sales Manager — TWC Innovations Ltd

Role: Field Sales Management / Direct Sales
Earnings: High-performance commission + team overrides

TWC Innovations Ltd is expanding rapidly across the West Midlands, and we’re looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager who wants more than simply managing somebody else’s team.
We’re looking for someone who can sell, recruit, train and lead.
This opportunity is suited to an experienced direct-sales professional who understands field sales and wants the opportunity to build a team and be financially rewarded for its growth.
The role
You’ll be responsible for developing a high-performing field sales team, including:
- Recruiting and developing new sales representatives
- Coaching representatives in the field
- Driving individual and team performance
- Running morning meetings and training sessions
- Maintaining professional and compliance standards
- Tracking performance and identifying underperformers
- Developing future leaders within your organisation
- Producing personal sales where required

You’ll work directly alongside TWC’s senior leadership while building your team.
Who we’re looking for
We’re particularly interested in people with experience in:
- Door-to-door sales
- Telecoms
- Broadband
- Energy
- Fundraising
- Direct sales
- Field sales management
You should already understand what it takes to perform in a target-driven environment.
We’re looking for somebody who is competitive, disciplined, commercially minded and capable of holding a team accountable.
Existing leadership experience is strongly preferred.

Earnings
This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential, combining personal sales commission with the potential to earn overrides from team performance.
Full remuneration structure and progression criteria will be discussed during interview.
