The Role

Are you a sales-driven leader with a passion for the On-Trade sector? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can lead a team, drive sales growth, and implement commercial strategy? If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

As an On-Trade Field Sales Manager, you will take on a leadership role, managing a high-performing sales team in Midlands. Your primary focus will be to drive sales, expand brand distribution, grow market share, and achieve volume growth targets while developing your own leadership and managerial skills. Additionally, you would contribute to strategic sales projects such as the roll-out of our sales excellence program or the design and launch of our new CRM system.

This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your leadership abilities, commercial skills and mentor a team of sales professionals, and execute strategic sales initiatives that will strengthen our brand presence. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales performance while ensuring our commercial strategy is effectively implemented across the region.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
