Part-Time Field Sales Manager – London
Syndicated Ltd (Goodness Brewing focus)
3 days per week | Field-based across London

About us

Syndicated Ltd represents independent drinks brands into pubs, bars, and venues across the UK. Our main focus right now is Goodness Brewing – the revival of a well-loved London craft brewery. We’re bringing back their gluten-free, vegan-friendly, hop-forward range (YES! Session IPA, Sunshine Kölsch Lager and more) and getting them into the hands of landlords who need better-margin products and genuine independent beer.

We’re a small, founder-led team. We move fast, we care about the hospitality industry, and we’re building something proper.

The role

This is a hands-on field sales job. You’ll be out on the road 3 days a week, visiting around 8 pubs/venues per day across London. Your job is to open new accounts, keep existing ones stocked, and build real relationships with licensees.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and run efficient daily routes across London
  • Hit 8+ quality calls per day
  • Pitch Goodness (and other Syndicated brands) with a clear focus on margin, quality, and supporting independent venues
  • Convert prospects into regular ordering accounts
  • Manage follow-ups, reorders, and basic account admin
  • Feed back market intel to the founders
  • As the territory grows, help recruit, train, and manage additional field sales people under you

Who we’re looking for

Someone entrepreneurial who wants to build, not just clock in. You’re comfortable being the face of the brand in pubs, you can sell without being pushy, and you’re motivated by both commission and the chance to grow something bigger.

You’ll be working directly alongside the founders. We’re happy to teach the product, the systems, and the market – but we need someone who shows initiative and wants to help shape the sales team as we scale.

What’s on offer

  • Competitive base salary + strong commission structure
  • Genuine opportunity to build and lead a small sales team
  • For the right person, real discussion around equity as the business grows
  • Direct access to the founders and a proper say in how we grow Goodness and the wider portfolio

This is not a corporate sales role. It’s a chance to get in early, own a territory, and grow with an independent drinks business that’s serious about supporting the on-trade.

We’re looking to move quickly.
