Field Sales Manager

Meta is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive advertising revenue growth across the UK and Northern Europe markets, with a focus on Reality Labs consumer electronics within the EMEA region. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of advertiser and retail partner relationships, enabling go-to-market strategies that accelerate adoption of Meta's hardware and wearable device products. You will serve as a key commercial point of contact, translating Meta's advertising platform capabilities and Reality Labs product roadmap into compelling value propositions for clients and channel partners across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of advertiser and retail partner accounts across the UK and Northern Europe, driving revenue and sell-through for Reality Labs consumer electronics products
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned to EMEA regional goals, identifying short, mid, and long-term opportunities within the wearable devices and smart glasses category
  • Translate Meta's advertising platform capabilities and Reality Labs product positioning into tailored pitches and proposals for retail buyers, brand partners, and media agencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including marketing, product, operations, and channel teams to align go-to-market execution and resolve blockers
  • Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify gaps, inform forecasting, and recommend adjustments to account strategies
  • Engage regional leaders and key stakeholders to gain alignment on new commercial opportunities and territory investment priorities
  • Openly share pipeline progress, account health, and market intelligence with internal stakeholders through structured reporting and planning cycles
  • Adapt sales approaches based on real-time client feedback, competitive dynamics, and evolving product availability across the UK and NEU markets
  • Identify and implement risk mitigation measures when business changes affect account performance or regional revenue targets
  • Provide input on team-level goals and contribute to the development of scalable sales enablement processes and best practices for the EMEA region

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in field sales, account management, or sales enablement within consumer electronics, wearable devices, or technology hardware
  • 6+ years of experience managing commercial relationships with retail partners, media agencies, or brand advertisers in the UK or Northern European markets
  • Experience using data and performance metrics to inform account strategy, prioritize opportunities, and influence stakeholder decision-making
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales execution with product, marketing, and operations priorities
  • Experience communicating complex product or platform value propositions to diverse audiences including buyers, agency partners, and business leaders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Track record of adapting commercial strategies in response to rapidly evolving product portfolios or competitive market conditions
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Familiarity with Meta's advertising platform and experience connecting media investment strategies to hardware or device sell-through outcomes
  • Experience selling or enabling sales of augmented reality, virtual reality, or wearable consumer electronics products in EMEA markets
  • Experience contributing to regional go-to-market planning and channel partner development programs at scale
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
