Field Sales Manager - Sporting Goods Industry
As a Field Sales Manager within the Sporting Goods Industry, you'll take charge of managing and growing customer relationships while driving sales performance. This is 90% Account Management + 10% New Business. Your role will be central to ensuring the business achieves its sales targets and delivers excellent service to its customers.

My client is a world-leading and most widely distributed darts brand, founded in the 70s. They've been at the forefront of the sport, combining British manufacturing, innovation, and craftsmanship to create high-performance darts equipment trusted by players of all abilities, from beginners through to some of the world's top professionals.
Description
- Manage and develop relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Patch: Across UK + Ireland - 4 days on the road, 1 day WFH
- Identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance to meet and exceed targets.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to maximise revenue growth.
- Represent the company at client meetings and industry events as required.

Profile
A successful Field Sales Manager should have:
- Experience in sales, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Confidence in managing customer accounts and identifying growth opportunities.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to work.
- Full clean UK driving licence required
