Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Sales Professional. The role involves generating new business and managing existing customer relationships through phone, video calls, and occasional in-person visits within assigned regions. Day-to-day tasks include:

The Field Sales Professional will:

  • Follow up on leads
  • Maintain a sales pipeline
  • Meet agreed sales targets
  • Provide clear, honest information about products, pricing, and services

The role also requires collaboration with internal teams and carpet fitters to ensure smooth installation scheduling and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in field or remote sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and clear presentation abilities.
  • Basic understanding of finance or consumer credit products, with the ability to explain payment plans simply and accurately.
  • Comfort with remote work tools and CRM systems for managing leads, activities, and customer records.
  • Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage a sales territory, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently while collaborating with wider teams.
  • Previous experience in home improvement, flooring, or retail sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Valid right to work in the UK and flexibility to travel occasionally within England and Scotland as needed.
