About the Job (30K GBP/yr - 100K GBP/yr)
PARD is one of the fastest-growing designer and producer of night vision and thermal imaging products in the UK; with more than 10 years of experience in the optics market, two "Night Vision Product of the Year" at the Great British Shooting Awards, and 20+ international markets. Our brand is growing fast in recent years and looking for sales talents to join our expanding team.
We're looking for people who want real ownership and the chance to build one of the UK's defining optics/vision brand.
We're looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative to drive PARD's presence across South East England. You will own your territory end to end - opening and developing new accounts, growing existing ones, and reaching customers through specialist dealers, distributors, online sales channels, and industry events.
This is a hands-on, target-driven role for someone who loves the hustle of the field sales and wants to help build a brand from the ground up in a new market region.
What You'll Do
- Develop and grow PARD’s presence across the South East England territory by opening new accounts, developing existing relationships, and creating new business opportunities with retailers, distributors, partners, and end users
- Own and manage your assigned territory by planning customer visits, organizing routes, and building a strong local network within the shooting, hunting, farming, and outdoor communities
- Visit dealers, retailers, distributors, landowners, farmers, and key customers to introduce PARD products, conduct demonstrations, and provide expert advice on our night vision and thermal imaging solutions
- Build long-term relationships with customers and partners, supporting their needs and helping drive sales growth through effective account management
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the PARD brand, engage with customers, and identify new opportunities
- Work closely with the PARD UK team by providing market feedback, competitor insights, and customer feedback to support business development
- Maintain accurate sales records, manage your pipeline, and prepare regular reports to track progress against targets
- Provide product training and ongoing support to dealers and partners to ensure strong product knowledge and customer satisfaction

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
