The Role
Prompt Pay Capital is growing, and we're looking for high-energy, ambitious people to join our expanding Field Sales team.
This is a genuine opportunity to build your own territory, develop relationships with local businesses, and earn uncapped commission based on your results in a fully remote role.
We're interested in people with previous door-to-door or field sales experience, but we're equally happy to speak to candidates who are new to sales and have the attitude, confidence, and determination to succeed.
If you're competitive, enjoy speaking to people, and want a career where your earning potential isn't capped by a fixed salary, this could be the opportunity for you.
OTE is £40,000–£60,000+, with uncapped commission in a fully remote role.
What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day role will include:
- Visiting businesses within your territory and introducing Prompt Pay Capital
- Speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers
- Identifying businesses that could benefit from improved payment solutions
- Generating new leads, appointments, and sales
- Building strong relationships with local businesses
- Managing your own pipeline and activity
- Working alongside our wider sales team and receiving ongoing support
- Developing your territory and becoming the go-to payments specialist in your area

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
