Macgregor Black are partnering with a Premium Gifting Brand on the search for a Field Sales Representative- South East. This is a permanent role based in Essex.

As the Field Sales Representative- South East, you will focus on developing existing customer relationships while identifying new opportunities within the independent retail channel. You'll be the face of the brand in your territory, driving sales, increasing product visibility, and building long-term partnerships with retailers who value quality, design, and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of independent retail accounts across Kent, Essex, Surrey, and Sussex.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the gifting, lifestyle, homeware, and boutique retail sectors.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to build strong relationships and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Present new product launches, seasonal collections, and promotional activity to customers.
  • Deliver sales targets through effective territory planning and account management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure excellent in-store brand representation and merchandising standards.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and account updates to the wider business.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven field sales experience within the gift, homeware, lifestyle, stationery, or related consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong experience selling into independent retailers.
  • Established understanding of the gifting retail landscape across the South East.
  • Excellent relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing a territory autonomously.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
