We’re hiring!

We are looking for a marketing or business degree student (going into their third year) or recent graduate looking to gain some hands-on experience in front-facing sales.

Who we are

Kindred Forest is an award-winning speciality ingredients brand (2025 Great Taste 2★ & ICA Gold) focused on sourcing single-origin forest products that drive conservation initiatives, combat deforestation, and support local economies. As a brand, our commitment is first and foremost to the environment and to the people behind the harvest. We work directly with farmers and pay equitable prices, which not only ensure that regenerative farming practices are prioritised, but also fundamentally improve local livelihoods.

Our range features premium single-origin drinking chocolate from Colombia, wild-harvested Bolivian cacao chocolate bars, wildlife-friendly certified green bean coffee, and organic Arenga forest sugar from the forests of Indonesia.

Our mission is to provide roasters, cafes, restaurants, and retail shops with premium products that don’t compromise on sustainability. We believe that when ingredients are grown in healthy, biodiverse soil, the quality and flavour significantly improve.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

About the role:

This is a front-facing, outreach-driven role focused on expanding our product into local cafes, restaurants, health food shops, yoga studios, boutique retailers, etc. Your primary goal will be to pitch our products to prospective accounts and collaborate with our marketing and research specialist to manage and drive prospects through our sales pipeline.

At the moment, this direct outreach is critical for our brand, so this will be your primary focus. However, depending on your performance, there is an opportunity for this role to develop into a more permanent sales role. This would involve backend strategy, CRM management, assisting at trade shows and helping host pop-up events.

Detail and structure:

  • Duration: Initial 3-month contract (probationary period), with the opportunity to extend for another 3 months based on performance.
  • Compensation: Commission-based - 10% of final sale
  • Time Commitment: Flexible schedule with an expected minimum of 15 hours per week.
  • Activity Expectations: Visiting and pitching to at least 20 new establishments per week.
