Contract: 12 months

Start Date: Ideally 5th October 2026

Location: London

Working Pattern: Fully onsite, 5 days per week

Hours: 40 hours per week / 8 hours per day


About the Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join a fast-paced field acquisition team focused on growing customer and partner supply across the UK. This is a highly people-focused role involving face-to-face engagement, field visits, customer acquisition and relationship management. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs, explaining the value proposition and supporting them through the onboarding process.

  • Conduct market and field visits to generate new leads and grow the customer pipeline.
  • Engage with prospective and existing customers through face-to-face meetings and information sessions.
  • Carry out outbound calling campaigns to prospective and newly registered customers.
  • Understand customer needs, concerns and goals and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Support customers through the sign-up and onboarding process.
  • Help new customers become fully active and engaged with the service.
  • Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the wider Operations team.
  • Build and manage relationships with third-party partners.
  • Develop proactive strategies to overcome challenges and improve the customer experience.
  • Work towards agreed sales targets and KPIs.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of previous experience in field sales or a client-facing position.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and comfortable speaking with people face-to-face.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Action-oriented with a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs.
  • Adaptable and organised in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, energetic and able to build rapport quickly.
  • Must be based in London and able to work fully onsite, 5 days per week.
