Company Description

Carnevale is an Italian family-run manufacturer, importer, and national distributor of high-quality, innovative food and drink products serving the full range of food service businesses. Founded in 1966 by brothers Carmine and Giovanni Carnevale, the company started by producing mozzarella and ricotta for central London and has since grown into a leading UK food service supplier. Its extensive ambient, fresh, and frozen product range is distributed nationwide from six depots using a dedicated fleet of multi-temperature vehicles, offering free delivery and no minimum order. Carnevale serves restaurants, pizzerias, hotels, delicatessens, caterers, food processors, and wholesalers across the country. The business continues to expand through strategic acquisitions and partnerships with specialist Italian food, beverage, cheese, cured meat, pasta, and wine companies, while maintaining its strong family values and reputation for excellence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
