We’re looking for a Field Sales Representative to cover any of the following three locations: LANCASHIRE, YORKSHIRE & BERKSHIRE.
Are you a confident, driven sales professional who enjoys getting out into the field, meeting customers and winning new business?
You will be joining a growing sales team with a strong focus on developing new customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions that genuinely meet customer needs.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a consultative, face-to-face B2B sales environment and wants the freedom to manage their own territory, diary and pipeline.
The Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers, building relationships with decision-makers and taking opportunities through the full sales process from initial contact through to closing.
You’ll be out in the field visiting customers and prospects, alongside proactive telephone and other sales activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within your territory.
- Visit prospective and existing customers face-to-face.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right products and services.
- Manage your own sales pipeline and diary effectively.
- Generate new business through proactive prospecting, calling and field activity.
- Present solutions confidently and professionally.
- Negotiate commercially and close new business.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account development.
- Keep customer and sales activity up to date on the CRM system.
- Work closely with the wider sales and operations teams.
- Consistently work towards agreed sales and revenue targets.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is commercially driven, proactive and confident dealing with customers face-to-face.
You’ll ideally have:
- At least 2 years' B2B sales experience.
- A proven track record of winning new business.
- Experience in field-based or face-to-face sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence with cold calling and approaching new customers.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- The ability to understand customer needs and sell based on value rather than simply price.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills.
- The motivation to work independently and manage your own territory.
- A customer-focused and professional approach.
- Good IT and CRM skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Experience within a B2B service-based environment would be advantageous.
